Cheese dip and a great TV show (like “Gossip Girl”). And what I like to call dog therapy, which is provided by my own personal dog. -R

Cooking for people…my zen…. It helps clear my mind knowing that I am making others feel better and be happy as they eat what I created :) –T

Music usually helps a lot. Though somehow, it’s always then when someone calls me for no reason, so I guess great friends who have amazing timing. =) –L

GIRLFRIEND TIME! Always does the trick! AND thank God I have enough girls who answer to “Got Wine?” –G

I buy a mini-cake and have them decorate it with “I ♥ ME” and while only sometimes I eat the whole thing, I tell myself I deserve to celebrate ME! :) –A

Hot bath, coffee with real cream and talk to my man! –A

Singing and making jewelry. Watching comedy. –A

I want to see a Jay-Z and TSwizzle duet. Now THAT would be a picker-upper! AND watching Glee- THAT will do it every time!! Can’t watch an episode of Glee and still be in a bad mood. –M

Going out to a movie. –L

Going for a drive in the country … Carmina Burana FULL BLAST on the player –D

Snuggly blanket, hot cocoa, and either a good book or a movie. Not always a happy one, just a good one. And a good music soundtrack – usually Louis Armstrong for me, but it varies. –S

Latest bollywood tunes :) –R

Music, singing, road trip by myself (usually north to the outlet mall listening to music and singing, LOUD, then maybe buying a thing or two. Or not. And a good trick that always works is to do something for someone else. Give a gift, lend a hand, volunteer, etc. That’s my fav. –M

I like to try new restaurants. Always yummy and experimental. Sometimes even daring! –S

Beyonce’s Irreplaceable

Norah Jonesin’ on a Sunday afternoon in the coffeeshop

Running in the city

Dancing in my car without a care in the world

Telling my mom I love her

Taking time, no matter how busy I get, to read one of Candace Bushnell’s lovable novels

These adorable booties from Kenzie

Sitting still

Remembering that day when my ex b-fri taught me how to do a one-handed push-up

My spiral curling iron

That moment I stood up for myself in front of my older

brother, my overbearing boss or my own fiery ego
