I promise to say I’m beautiful, intelligent, strong, funny, & brilliant at least once a day.

I promise not to let self-deprecating beliefs like, “I’m not good enough,” “I’m unloveable,” “I’m not pretty,” and “I don’t deserve success or happiness,” to enter my heart. And when they do, I promise to stand up to them and say, loud and strong, “I deserve to create the life I desire.”

Most of all, I promise to use my voice because when my VOICE is STRONG, creativity flows, ideas spark, problems are solved, honesty reigns, wars cease, sexual terrorism ends, and I allow OTHERS to use their voice just by using mine.
